"Children from Children's Homes at a Cup Match"

Buses full of enthusiastic and cheerful Young Portowcy (Pogoń Szczecin fans) came from Drawsko, Goleniów, Police, Dobra, Gryfino, Barlinek, Stargard, Maszewo, Podjuchy, Łobez, Gardno - among others to attend the Polish Cup match against Górnik Zabrze, invited by the "Portowcy" association and the United Supporters Pogoń Szczecin center.

It was the first, and certainly not the last, event on such a scale, where the number of young fans from the region exceeded 600 people!
Among the invited guests were residents of children's homes and youth-care centers from the region. It's worth mentioning our Pogoń fan club members who got involved in the action admirably. The invited fans happily participated in a food drive for the animal shelter in Szczecin, thanks to which several hundred kilograms of much-needed food for our four-legged friends were collected.

At the beginning of the match, all the groups scattered in sectors B6-B8 joined Szczecin's most dedicated fans upon the invitation of our chant leaders and passionately supported Pogoń until the end of the match, which helped our players secure the win and advance to the Polish Cup quarterfinals.

After the match, small gifts awaited the fans, and despite the cold, they left happily toward their homes. We believe that the St. Nicholas Day visit to our stadium will be a fond and lasting memory for everyone, and we look forward to meeting at Twardowskiego many more times.
